Objective

Design a comfortable and welcoming space with a strong Yamaha brand presence, tailored for a B2C trade event. The booth featured high-visibility graphics to attract attention, ample storage to support operations, and meeting rooms for closing deals. Product kiosks will need to be integrated to showcase Yamaha’s offerings, while a significant portion of the floor plan should be dedicated to displaying client products in an appealing manner

 

Solution

stevensE3 designed and delivered a welcoming and brand-focused exhibit for Yamaha at a B2C trade event. The booth showcased Yamaha’s jet skis, power boats, and pontoon boats with a layout that maximized floor space for product displays while ensuring a smooth traffic flow for visitors. Large-format graphics and a prominent hanging sign featuring Yamaha’s branding were strategically placed to enhance visibility and attract attention from across the venue.

Dedicated meeting rooms were incorporated into the design to provide private spaces for closing deals, while integrated product kiosks offered an interactive way to demonstrate features and benefits. Storage areas were seamlessly built into the design to maintain an organized and professional appearance. The result was a functional and visually impactful space that allowed Yamaha to effectively connect with customers and highlight their products on the tradeshow floor.
